Shipping policy 

- We ship orders within two business days of payment confirmation 
- Shipping times vary by location and carrier 
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping providers 
- Tracking information will be provided where applicable 

Return policy 
- All orders are 100% refundable - If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us for assistance - Refunds or replacements are provided pending the return of the damaged or incorrect item for credit. Our refund and returns policy, expire after 30 days have passed from the date of your purchase.

To receive credit for an exchange or refund of an item the following applies.  1. if damaged send a photo or return for a full refund or an exchange of the same item.  2. Items must be in its original packaging.

Credit refunds will automatically be applied back to your credit card or method of payment, within 24 hours

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again to validate.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to mail processing.  If you need to replace damaged items, send us an email and a photo, of the item to {pharmatecseeds@gmail.com}.
